Beyond, is seeking a dedicated Client Implementation and Support Specialist who wants to be part of a growing company within the payment card industry.  The position is a hands-on, consultant-focused role that is responsible for guiding customers through complicated POS implementations.  The employee will work closely with each customer to determine the procedures, workflow and needs of their business.  They will then design solutions, stage equipment, build configurations, implement the system, train the users and take each customer through a Go Live day.

Senior Client Executive - Premier Accounts

Louisville, KY - Full Time - Support

Beyond, is seeking a Senior Client Executive who wants to be part of a growing company within the payment card industry.  The Senior Client Executive position is a hands-on, client-focused role that is responsible for completing tasks associated with the Merchants daily operation. A Senior Client Executive must be a self-starter and work with little supervision. The Senior Client Executive will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, and resolve any emerging problems for Beyond client accounts that are part of the Premier Merchant Account Team. 

The best Senior Client Executives are genuinely excited to be the first point of contact for high profile merchants that are part of the Premier Team. This will be an exempt position and Travel will be required at least 25% of the time.

 

What You Will Do

  • Act as a single Point of Contact for all service related to assigned Premier Accounts
  • Identify new accounts that qualify to be part of the Premier Merchant Account Team
  • Notify and Introduce PMAP to account owners and merchants
  • Schedule monthly calls with all Premier Accounts
  • Conduct regular in-person client visits
  • Coordinate service between Beyond teams and/or vendors
  • Generate monthly and ad hoc reports for merchants and account owners
  • Up sales of new equipment for existing merchants; and identify new leads from merchants for sales to follow up on
  • Manage clients with multiple locations and identify solutions to streamline operations
  • Assist sales team with prospective premier clients
  • Assist sales team and merchants with requested trainings on new products
  • Monitor Premier Merchant Accounts with high chargeback volume for any possible Risk to Beyond
  • Regularly examine account volume for possible risk or attrition 
  • Attend meetings and trainings to stay up to date on all product and card brand releases
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Who You Are

  • Proven Client Executive Professional with 5+ years of experience
  • Knowledge of the company’s products, services and business operations
  • Project coordination experience preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Operations Analyst - Reconciliation

Louisville, KY - Full Time - Operations

Beyond is looking to hire a Operation Analyst, who will assist in aspects of Portfolio analysis and reporting for Beyond.  The Operation Analyst will be responsible for reconciling certain product invoices as well as improving operational reconciliation processes and the internal controls over those processes.  This position will impact a rapidly growing organization and offer career development opportunities to the right candidate. 


 

What you will do:

Reconciliation

  • Track and reconcile third-party invoicing
  • Liaison with Accounting, Business Groups and Support Groups on Portfolio analysis and reporting related matters
  • Complete monthly, quarterly and year end product vendor invoice reconciliations and assist in identifying any errors, adjustments or billing discrepancies
  • Perform trend analysis of monthly processing revenue, expense activity, and  related to product vendor invoices
  • Reconcile processing revenue and expense, including any necessary month end revenue and expense adjustments
  • Prepare ad hoc reports and analyses as requested
  • Provide audit support to Accounting team and auditors
  • Assist in the documentation and maintenance of internal accounting controls, procedures and processes regarding product vendor invoices
  • Non-payment Portfolio analysis and reporting as needed

 

Who you are:

  • Experienced professional with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
  • Self-starter with an ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • An Excel expert with ability to analyze large volumes of information
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work in a diverse team environment or independently
  • A sound understanding of operational policies and practices
  • Experience with Sequel is preferred, but not required

Data Entry Intern

Operations Support Specialist - Pricing

Louisville, KY - Full Time - Operations

Beyond is seeking an experienced Pricing support professional who is looking for a challenging role with immense growth opportunity. You must be the type of individual that wants to build something and impact a team on a daily basis. This role will work closely with our Operations team to support their day to day operations in servicing our customers. 

 

What You Will Do

  • Review projections and reports to ensure contract terms are fulfilled
  • Work with Internal and external offices to validate pricing options for new and existing Clients
  • Design and implement projects to streamline and improve efficiency of operational Duties.
  • Add and modify pricing for Client accounts
  • Review and investigate interchange for Client accounts
  • DDA Verification, MRA Rejects, ACH returns.
  • Review and resolve any Equipment related pricing/invoicing issues
  • Run and review monthly reports regarding merchant accounts and rates
  • Deliver solution driven presentations to business partners
  • Be a positive contributor to the organization
  • Maintain consistent attention to detail, self-discipline, and grit

 

Who You Are

  • Financial Operations Specialist Certification
  • Associates degree in Business related field
  • Operations professional in merchant processing industry, 3+ years’ experience
