Beyond, is seeking a dedicated retention specialist who wants to be part of a growing company within the payment card industry.  The retention specialist position is a hands-on, client-focused role that is responsible for completing tasks associated with the operation center's daily operation. A Retention Specialist will act as a liaison, effectively seeking to resolve problems our clients may face with accuracy and efficiency.

The Retention Specialist is determined to go the extra step to ensure clients have the best experience, putting themselves in their client’s shoes and advocating for them when necessary.  They are knowegeble, patient, and persuasive.  A Retention Specialist is willing to have difficult conversation to discover and address client issues.  The client’s feedback is priceless thus needs to be documented.  The Retention Specialist should be profecient at troubleshooting and investigating to uncover the client complaints.

The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to client inquiries and maintain high client satisfaction.

 

What You Will Do

  • Manage incoming retention calls

Beyond is looking to add a Recruiting Assistant to our growing Talent Acquisition Team. We are looking for a self-starter who is able to work both independently and with a team. This position will serve as the first point of contact for candidates in our hiring process.

 

What you will do:

  • Sourcing (60% of time): As a primary focus, you will be responsible for reaching out to candidates via job boards and social media to begin the recruiting process of qualified candidates. You will also utilize our job postings to identify which applicants are the best qualified for our openings.
  • Coordinating Interviews (30% of time): Once candidates are identified, you will help coordinate phone screens and in person interviews with recruiters and hiring managers.
  • Administrative Projects (10% of time): As a member of the talent acquisition team, you will also collaborate in creating and updating policies, documents, and reports.

    Beyond is currently looking for an experienced Human Resources professional who is passionate about compensation and benefits. As the Manager of Compensation and Benefits, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our benefits programs and lend your expertise to all compensation decisions.

     

     

     

    What You’ll Do

    • Administer employee benefit programs such as retirement plans; medical, dental, vision plans; life insurance plans; temporary disability programs; and wellness programs.
    • Monitors the effectiveness of existing compensation policies, guidelines and procedures recommending plan revision as well as new plans that are cost-effective and consistent with compensation trends and corporate objectives; coordinates implementation and provides guidance to corporate staff.
    • Develop specifications for new plans or modify existing plans to:
    • Maintain company's competitive position in labor market, and
    • Obtain uniform benefits package for all company locations, where possible.
    • Provides advice to corporate staff on pay decisions, policy and guideline interpretation, and job evaluation, including the design of creative solutions to specific compensation-related programs.
    • Recommend classes of eligible employees for new or modified plans. Develop census data and solicit insurance companies for quotations. Evaluates quotation and make recommendations to management. Develop company cost information for new plans and make premium cost share recommendations to management.
    • Manages the administration of direct compensation (executive, exempt and nonexempt cash compensation programs) for corporate staff, including the processing, recording and reporting of compensation-related actions related to salaried employees.
    • Assure company compliance with provisions of Employee Retirement Income Security Act and the Affordable Care Act. Supervise preparation of reports and applications required by law to be filed with federal and state agencies, such as Internal Revenue Service, Department of Labor, insurance commissioners, and other regulatory agencies. Review and analyze changes to state and federal laws pertaining to benefits, and report necessary or suggested changes to management. Coordinate company benefits with government-sponsored programs.
    • Develop benefits information and statistical and census data for actuaries, insurance carriers and management.
    • Handle benefits inquiries and complaints to ensure quick, equitable, courteous resolution. Maintain contact in person, and by phone or mail, with hospitals, physicians, insurance companies, employees, and beneficiaries to facilitate proper and complete utilization of benefits for all employees.
    • Supervise maintenance of enrollment and claims records for all benefits plans.
    • Supervises the participation in, conducts and/or purchases exempt and nonexempt salary surveys to ensure corporate compensation objectives are achieved.
    • Keeps apprised of federal, state and local compensation laws and regulations to ensure company compliance.

     

     

     

    Who You Are

    • Compensation and Benefits expert with a bachelor’s degree or higher in human resources or related field
    • Six to eight years of progressively responsible experience in compensation and benefits
    • Well versed in all government regulations as they apply to compensation base and incentive compensation programs, company policies, and operations.
