Beyond, is looking for a skilled service manager to supervise daily operations and personnel in a call center environment, aiming for maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness. You will also monitor reports to create and implement improvement initiatives. An ideal service center manager must be an organized, reliable, and results-driven. Systems Engineer

Louisville, KY - Full Time - IT Services

Beyond is looking to add an experienced Systems Engineer to our fast paced growing team. We are looking for an individual that is driven to identify needs, create a plan to address those needs, and consistently strive to improve multiple systems. This is a full time role working with two other Systems Engineers.

 

 

 


What you will do:

  • Partner with Operations and Sales teams to fully understand workflows and provide IT solutions to improve and simplify those flows.
  • Develop infrastructure standards for local and remote offices, and cloud services.
  • Manage all aspects of Active Directory, Azure AD, and other federated directories.
  • Articulate total system perspective including relationships, dependencies, and requirements of all hardware and software in the environment.
  • Work closely with Information Security to deploy security measures for users and computers.
  • Plan and implement an intuitive, scalable Intranet within the SharePoint online environment.
  • Advise senior leadership on infrastructure growth and overall direction.
  • Enforce data protection measures in Office 365, Exchange, and SharePoint.
  • Deploy and maintain Windows Server 2016 instances in locally hosted Hyper-V and Azure.
  • Deliver project plans with detailed timelines and diagrams.
  • Define disaster recovery guidelines and document them in a runbook.
  • Use PowerShell to perform high level administrative tasks for Microsoft cloud services.
  • Ensure that all servers and clients are patched on schedule and that group policy is consistent.
  • Set up SAML based SSO connections from Azure AD to in-house and 3rd party apps as requested by Software Engineering.
  • Provide Tier 3 support for complex issues escalated from the Beyond Service Desk.

 

 

 

 

Who you are:

  • 2-3 years experience as a Systems Engineer or Desktop Engineer in an enterprise environment.
  • Advanced understanding of data networking including DNS, DHCP, and subnetting.  
  • Advanced understanding of CLI and PowerShell for troubleshooting and log retrieval.
  • Expert knowledge of Windows 7 - Windows 10 and Server 2012 or Server 2016
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and identify areas of opportunity proactively.
  • Advanced Sharepoint Knowledge is a huge plus!
  • ITIL and MCSE or equivalent certification strongly preferred.
  • Preferred experience: Office 365, Azure Active Directory, MacOS, iOS, JAMF, Mobile Iron, and Intune.

Service Desk Analyst

Beyond is looking for a Service Desk all star looking for an exciting new opportunity with a fast growing company! We are currently growing our team to help internal employees with technical setup and troubleshooting. This role will be a part of our IT Services team and work closely with our Systems Engineers to ensure an excellent and ever improving end-user experience.

 

 

 


What you will do:

  • Serve as first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance via phone, email, or service desk ticket.
  • Provide Tier 1 / Tier 2 support for all end-users, local and remote.
  • Independently investigate end-user issues and guide the users through the problem-solving process.
  • Deploy and maintain Windows 10 devices, Mac OS devices, phones, printers, and all other technical equipment required by the business.
  • Escalate problems to Systems Engineering as needed, and provide detailed and well-organized notes on all troubleshooting steps taken prior to escalation.
  • Follow-up with end-users to ensure that all issues are being resolved in a satisfactory manner.
  • Identify and suggest possible improvements for IT Services procedures.
  • Assist Systems Engineering with testing of new hardware and software.
  • Shadow end-users to better understand business processes and recommend IT tools to better facilitate those processes.
  • Provision and manage users and groups in Office 365.
  • Manage distribution groups and shared mailboxes in Exchange Online.
  • Assist with moves of office equipment, including patching network ports.
  • Ensure that physical inventory of all IT assets remains accurate at all times.

 

 

 

 

Who you are:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a Help Desk, Service Desk, or Desktop Support role.

The Division Sales Director will work with a team of Business Advocates and Team Leads that they are responsible for developing, to provide point-of-sale, payment processing, lending, and integrated HR tools & services to small and mid-size business owners. We offer a lucrative comp plan that offers sign on bonuses the week of a sale, monthly residual payouts, lifetime residuals, portfolio equity, and portfolio buybacks.

 

What You Will Do

  • Drive revenue growth by onboarding and training a team of highly motivated Business Advocates and Team Leads.
  • Learn and understand all statements, hardware, software and reporting offered by Beyond, and effectively communicate this information to prospects, clients and reinforce with Team Leads and Business Advocates.
  • Until your team reaches 6 members, you will also be able to maximize your earning potential in leading through example by selling the Beyond products yourself
  • Deliver solution driven presentations to business partners
  • Educate business partners on the payment processing industry
  • Organize your day and week around competing demands
  • Implement a team strategy to exceed expected monthly and quarterly sales milestones
  • Work closely with your team for prospecting, training, and development  
  • Accurately track and record activities in Salesforce
  • Be a strong leader and mentor within our organization
  • Serve as local sales manager of designated areas within division
  • Assist the company with the recruitment process as directed

 

Who You Are

  • Proven sales professional, 5+ years of experience
  • Strong track record of implementing and leading a Sales Team
  • Knowledge of the company’s products, services and business operations
  • Advanced presentation, interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to solve problems and find creative solutions to sales challenges
  • Desire to excel and grow within the organization
  • Salesforce CRM experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, e.g., Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work both independently with minimal supervision
