This Saturday, Beyond is proud to join communities across the nation in celebrating Small Business Saturday! Since its inception in 2010, the #ShopSmall campaign has caught the attention of individuals throughout the country, encouraging locals to support the small businesses that bring culture and vibrancy to communities everywhere. Just last year, 112 million people came out to support their local businesses—from art galleries to local restaurants to the antique store around the corner.
What began as a campaign has grown into a celebration, and we are proud to have a hand in serving small businesses across the country. We would love to invite you to join us on November 25th, 2017 for this year’s Small Business Saturday. Whether it’s a short visit to your favorite local coffee shop, store, or restaurant, it’s a small way for local citizens to thank the businesses that bring life to our communities!

- There are 2,100,000 small businesses in operation across the state of New York. This accounts for 99.8% of all businesses in New York.
- In 2014 alone, 50.5% of all employees in New York were working for a small business.
- Just two years after Small Business Saturday, officials in all 50 states came together to participate in the day.
